What do I get for free?
Everything needed to inspect and judge a design: the viewer with sew-out simulator, the any-to-any converter, the pre-flight check with density heatmap, thread colour cross-reference across 13 brand charts, the hoop fit checker and the stitch count, run time and price calculator. No limits, no account.
What does Pro add?
Downloads from the tools that make new files: lettering and monograms, batch name drops, resize with density correction and file cleanup, in PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, U01 and TBF, plus a colour sheet with every job. Previews of all four stay free so you can check the result before paying.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, who also issue the VAT invoice.
Do I need Pro to sell what I make?
No licence restrictions from us: files you generate are yours, for personal or commercial use. The bundled fonts are open-licensed (OFL and Apache 2.0), which allows commercial embroidery. Designs you upload to resize or clean must be yours to use.
Is there a refund?
If a file we generated will not run on your machine and you tell us what happened within 14 days, we refund the month.
